Christmas Greetings from Bishop David
Christ is Born!
Христос Раждається!
As we celebrate the Feast of the Nativity, my thoughts and prayers turn to you and your families with heartfelt gratitude for your love and care in ministering one to another this past year.

The world speaks of “front-line workers” in the fight against COVID-19, and rightfully so. They are the champions during the pandemic in providing for our needs, in life, and even at the point of death.
For me, your are first and foremost also our front-line workers in the work of evangelization, of being the face of Christ and the face of the Church, carrying on His work of salvation in the world today, shedding light where there is darkness.
It is a great privilege for me to minister alongside you. You are my pride and joy! And for this I give thanks.
May you find time to celebrate with your family and friends, as best as you can in these times, knowing that you have been faithful in small things (and not so small!) and that the Lord will reward you for your efforts.
A video version of my Christmas message to our faithful, “The Legend of the Elderly Grandmother/Babtsja,” an oldie, but a goodie!

Wishing you a blessed Christmas and a joyous New Year!
God bless
